Microsoft adCenter PPC, a $300 billion dollar goof?

This is more of a logical vent, rather than a productive post. But does anyone else find it irritating how much money Yahoo and MSN/Microsoft make each year, yet thier Conversion Codes do not work properly. According to a recent report on Search Engine Land, MSN can/is off by as much as 50% each day. I am sorry, but that is truly unacceptable. And for them to deny it is even worse. I cannot tell you how many days my Yahoo account has had 3-5 conversions a day, with only 1-2 clicks. It makes no sense, and causes unnecessary controversy to any and all 3rd party tracking systems. I mean come on. Yahoo should of fixed this issue when changing from Legacy to Panama, but they didnt. And MSN seems to have made little to no effort at all to fix these issues. Truly unacceptable. Thank, and that is the end of my rant.
